Scion Nutrition Products

We have a 30-day return policy for our supplement products, meaning you are eligible to request a return up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@usescion.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 70 Miersfield, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 1TY.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Scion Performance Team Sites & Custom Team Performance Wear

Customised team garments are made specifically for players, and team garments are all made to order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for Team Site and Custom Performance Wear items.

Unless there is a specific issue with the garment itself, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges. Valid issues include:

  • The garment received does not match the specified size you ordered.

  • There is a genuine manufacturer error with the garment received.

  • The item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you encounter any of the issues listed above, please email our support team at team@usescion.com. To help us resolve this quickly, include your order number and photographic evidence of the garment’s defect clearly showing the defect, and the sizing shown on the garment.
