I forgot to add my player details and sizing for my ELITE garments, what should I do?
Please get in contact as soon as you've purchased through support@scionnutrition.com with your details and we'll add it to your order.
How do I customise my Performance Wear?
As part of our ELITE range, select garments offer complimentary personalisation to give your gear a professional edge. If your chosen item includes customisation, please include this in the "Special Order Instructions" under Order Note at checkout.
Simply enter the information in the "special instructions" box within "Order Note" , and we’ll personalise your garments at no extra cost.
Is there a minimum order for garment bundles?
To create a garment bundle, a minimum of two items is required.
The more items you include, the greater the discount, making it perfect for teams looking to save while representing their sport in style.
We provide 10% for two garments, 20% for three or more garments.
Can I return or exchange customised items?
As customised garments are made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please double-check your details and sizing before placing your order.
How long does shipping take?
Please speak to your president or Scion Nutrition point of contact as this depends on the team.
Expected delivery will be 4-6 weeks from the cut-off deadline.
